I am so grateful and excited to be working with Revel Yoga Studio in Chatham, NJ to host my favorite workshop once again: Opening Up the Intuitive Eye.
The date is this February the 8th from 2-5pm. It will be a small class (so very close knit and intimate) and in it I will be sharing my path and knowledge on how to access the elevated conscious and divinity that is within us all. We are made up of mind, body and soul - and through each one can enter this path of self discovery. Often times, it is through the body and physical movement that people explore their divinity (the yoga postures alone can be this) but in this workshop we focus on the mind + soul.
