The first thing we do when we come into this world is take an inhale. The last thing we do when we leave this world is exhale. Everything else is a succession of inhales and exhales. When we are scared we hold our breath, when we are anxious we pant, and when we are in balance our breath is nice and easy. To control life's radical highs and lows, control your breath.
